What I Ate Today! (Pescatarian) | Lifestyle

Here is more details on what I ate:

Breakfast: Oatmeal
– 1 Spoonful of Coconut Oil
– 1/2 Cup Oats
– 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk

Lunch: Coconut Salmon Salad
– Poke the salmon fillet
– Spread coconut oil
– Sprinkle with unsweetened coconut
– Bake for 15-17 minutes at 425 degrees

Afternoon Snack: Avocado & Cucumber
– Slice Avocado like a checkerboard
– Pour balsamic vinegar in the hole
– Sprinkle sesame seeds

Dinner: Tofurkey Eggplant Pizzas
– Slice Eggplant
– Decorate
– Bake at 425 degrees for 15-10 minutes
